1. General Policy

We follow a strict no-exchange and no-refund policy. Should an order be cancelled within 24 hours of payment transfer—thereby confirming the transaction—we reserve the right to review and process refund requests at our sole discretion.

2. Defective Products

If you receive a defective product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • The product must be returned to our address in Pakistan.

  • All return shipping and customs charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Once we receive the item, we will inspect it. Based on our review, we may offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund (only at our discretion)

Claims made after 48 hours will not be accepted.

3. Colour & Fabric Variations

  • Colours may vary slightly due to digital photography, screen settings, lighting, and fabric dyeing variations.

  • These natural variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or exchange.

4. Size & Stitching Disclaimer

  • Sizes may vary slightly due to the garment silhouette.

  • Please review size charts carefully before placing your order.

  • Items cannot be exchanged or returned due to size issues once shipped or collected.

5. Care Instructions

All garments are dry-clean only.
Damage caused by handwashing, machine washing, or improper care will not be eligible for return or exchange.

6. Final Fittings

Once a final fitting is approved:

  • No alteration, change, or claim will be accepted.

  • The client is responsible for reviewing the fit before final approval.
